Anne M Bennett

Anne has a rich track record of effective consulting to the UK Public sector (primarily). As an organisational and systems psychologist, integrated with leadership and team coaching, she has worked for clients in all kinds of social and public sector businesses and institutions. She has some private sector clients - who seek the benefit of working with an experienced change consultant and coach with a depth of relevant understanding of global and institutional issues.

Her professional knowhow and individual style is focused on supporting and challenging people working to achieve complex but worthwhile goals. This can include engaging a 'whole system' of players working in areas of pressure, conflict or dilemma - such as in community safety, educational inclusion, mental health issues, regeneration and high profile national and local policy implementation. Private sector clients are leading businesses in global industries - healthcare products/engineering, oil and energy, telecoms, retail and transport, among others.

Anne has a background of central government research, development and change management, including spells in the Cabinet Office strategy unit on large scale programmes looking at devolved structures, performance, development and leadership. She has been an independent consultant - associated with specialist consulting firms - for some15 years. Her client portfolio includes NHS and local government organisations (from Trust to National, representative and regulatory levels), agencies, police services, central governmetn departments, NDGBs, charities and other third sector bodies, as well as partnership groups at regional and cross-policy levels. Her individual leadership coaching clients occupy positions of influence and challenge in some of the most exacting roles in public life.

Her assignments in recent years have included:

· Designing and directing leadership programmes aimed at cultivating whole systems change (in a national health service cadre of Scotland, youth offending, voluntary sector)

· Facilitating innovative large group events to develop vision, strategy and collective leadership (in supported housing - Scotland; workforce development - Scotland, West of England; local government reorganisation - national and local events; Government office redesign - Wales)

· Coaching teams and individuals in leadership roles in higher education, local authorities, ministries, police and prison services, charities, science community and health sectors

· Working with a large government department to deliver strengthened strategic capability across a newly 'turned-around' structure - through instensive challenge group work, development profiling and coaching

· Working with a national research council on developing strategic leadership and influence across diverse and stretched networks of interest (climate, environment and natural science sectors)

· Working with a range of executive agencies/departments to restructure and develop new roles, supported by reviews of performance-related systems and accountability management (including HM Land Registry, Office of Fair Trading, Identity and Passport Service, Medical Research Council, DCSF and DIUS)

David Bryan

David Bryan MBA FRSA is a Managing Director of Xtend UK Ltd., a consultancy company. He has nearly 20 years training management consultancy experience mostly in the public and voluntary sector.  Prior to becoming a consultant he worked in senior management within the voluntary sector and the arts. His consultancy work spans a wide range of projects and interventions including management leadership training, community development programmes, regeneration, mediation, diversity and much more.

In his varied career he worked in academia, lecturing on Management Studies, at Goldsmith College; a post-graduate social work course at South Bank University; Arts Management at Birkbeck College and Caribbean History through Caribbean literature at City Lit Institute. He is a Governor of Dunraven School in Lambeth. Recent client organisations include IDeA, Bernie Grant Leadership Programme, Marsh Farm Community Development Trust, Arts Council, NHS and Audit Commission.

David has several years of experience providing coaching / mentoring to chief executives, senior managers, small business and arts organisations.

Gary Purser

Gary is the founder and a Principal Consultant with Gary Purser & Associates (trading as Facilitate 4 Change).  He is an experienced facilitator (19+years) from the Tavistock Centre  School of Facilitation (people centred) and has worked at a national and international level in the Public, Private and Voluntary Sectors as an internal and external facilitator.  Some of his achievements are:-

· Designing and leading a major organisational & cultural change programme in the public sector

· Facilitating Strategic Planning & Team Building Sessions with City Companies & Organisations

· Designing and facilitating large scale Planning & Change Conferences using techniques such as Future Search and Open Space Technology.

· He has been involved in planning and facilitating multi-agency Conferences & meaningful Partnerships in the delicate field of local, national and international Politics.

· On behalf of the Foreign Office he has worked:-

· In Russia with the government & militia on the Democratisation Processes following Glasnost & Perestroika

· With the Polish Government on their application to join the European Union.

· To prepare the UKRep (UK Permanent Representation to the EU) team for the UK presidency

· Working with the United Nations both in New York and at the World Summit on Sustainable Development in South Africa 2002.

· Working with facilitators in Slovenia advising the team managing the large group referendum meetings surrounding the Slovenian entry into the European Union and NATO.

· In February 2007 worked with the Department of Health on the Methodologies and measures for Performance Measurement on behalf of the Office for National statistics

· Working with the Prime Ministers Delivery Unit developing the emerging approach to violent & alcohol related crime

· Personally training and developing hundreds of Process Facilitators.

· He is one of the founders and Operations Director of Facilitation Accreditation Services which provides an Accreditation and Certification Service for Professional Facilitators World-wide.

· Currently working with & the Glencree Foundation for Long term Peace in Northern Ireland, the Association of Chief Police Officers in IT developments for the 2012 Olympics and a developing IT company on its growth strategy.

Gary has contributed to many professional publications including RADICAL, the DSDM Journal and Group Facilitation – the Research and Applications Journal of the IAF. He has spoken at Conferences in North America and across Europe about facilitation, personal development and change.  In the UK he has addressed numerous seminars at such establishments as Cranfield University, Henley Management College, University of Lancashire, Warwick Business School and Roffey Park on Business and Personal Change.  Gary is also in regular demand to speak at many Business and Government Conferences on Business Excellence as well as the Annual Agile Conferences held in the UK where he focuses on the people issues surrounding IT development.  Gary actively promotes the professionalisation of facilitation and is a leading light in the Professional Certification Programmes both with the International Association of Facilitators and GlobalFN.

Winston Moore

Winston is a corporate communications consultant with over twenty years experience working in the UK and Latin America. He has a PhD in Government, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and trained as a facilitator in the Future Search method to enable organizations and communities to shape their capability for action.

He has designed and implemented leadership and corporate social responsibility programs for the refurbishment of shanty-town schools, facilitated workshops in organisational development for productive municipalities and consumer awareness, and headed up crisis management projects in Latin America, and partnering initiatives for housing stock refurbishment and affordable housing in the UK and Spain.

Winston’s is the director of Moore Asociados Ltd (www.getmoore.com) a London-based consultancy providing corporate communications, public affairs and media relations services in the UK, Europe & Latin America. He has managed accounts for Visa International, Coca-Cola, Ashmore Energy International, BG Group, Shell, Apex Silver mines and government institutions in Latin America.

His assignments ranged from crisis and reputation management for international oil & gas, and mining companies in critical environments, on issues that were front page news and likely to impact on business continuity, to assisting the development of local and community institutions. These included:

· Managing the corporate affairs and communications account for BG Group and an international LNG export project in Latin America. This involved working closely with country managers, consultants, investors, government officials and directors at head office in London.

· Leading a crisis communications team to manage the impact of a high altitude oil spill that affected Indigenous communities in Bolivia. It involved liaising with the local and international press, environmental groups, government ministers and NGO’s.

· Serving as an international communications advisor to a Latin American government for the partial privatisation of five state enterprises to attract US$3bn in new investment by running an international press profile raising campaign.

· Advising Coca-Cola’s sponsorship of the Copa America 97, Latin American football championship.

· Running a CSR initiative to coordinate with 45 companies and organisations their contribution to the construction and refurbishment of three shantytown schools damaged by a freak hail storm.

· Running a nationwide Future Search workshop for affordable housing in Spain that involved voluntary organisations, local councils, trade unions and social activists

· Facilitating a stakeholder partnering workshops for a leading UK social housing provider in an estate refurbishment project.

Louise Jamison

Louise is a sustainability consultant, committed to inspiring and enabling people to imagine, plan and implement more sustainable organisations and communities.

She has over 16 years experience of working on environmental and ethical issues for major corporate clients: starting out as manager of B&Q’s award-winning supplier environmental audit programme and going on to co-found Impactt, the UK’s leading ethical trading consultancy. Over the years, Louise has worked on strategy and implementation for a wide range of clients including BT, IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Mothercare, Next, Nokia, SABMiller and Virgin.

With experience ranging from the boardroom to the factory floor, she has the ability to reconcile competing agendas and to win trust and build relationships at all levels. She has experience of managing complex multi-party initiatives and has a thorough understanding of working across cultures, developed through managing grassroots projects in India, China and the Philippines.

She is currently working to introduce collaborative, whole systems thinking into corporate sustainability practice.

Louise has a reputation as an inspiring and engaging trainer, public speaker and facilitator. She is a graduate of Cambridge and Yale Universities and is a Fellow of the RSA.
