Below are selected links to past pieces of work: Institute of Transactional Analysis - future strategy event After careful design, preparation and communication, the 2009 ITA conference took stock of their past, investigated present pressures and converted their vision of the future into strategic actions. Home Office - tackling gun and knife crime This project included designing and facilitating two large interactive conferences to enable policy makers, community activists, practitioners and young people to work together in pursuit of common solutions. Ministry of Justice - courts and Justice reform Organising a high profile trans Atlantic seminar which investigated and supported the development of new forms of justice administration in the UK Independent Custody Visiting Association - structural review The task was to carry out an independent review this organization and make recommendations for the future. The Home Office and Association of Police Authorities are now taking matters forward. London Borough of Islington - Culture change This involved working in close partnership with the Borough to get inside the culture and how elements were helping or hindering performance.
