About Jon Harvey

Jon is an accomplished change facilitator and organisational development (OD) practitioner with 20 years experience across the public services and commercial world.

He has particular strengths in facilitating the conversations, tools, structures and actions required to generate robust outcomes & results. Jon has gathered a significant expertise in developing cultures of continuous improvement, resolving conflict and organising the productive engagement with clients / citizens / customers.

Jon is a trained coach and mentor (Institute of Leadership and Management Diploma), a registered practitioner of ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ and qualified to administer Step 1 of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (OPP). Jon is continuing to develop these skills and further his practice with Future Search and Open Space. Jon is a member of the British Psychological Society.
